  Sample format:
  6:00 - 6:30pm - Reception
  6:30 - 7:30pm - One Hour Wine Expert
  7:30 - 9:30pm - Buffet with the same wines served at the tasting.

  WINE DINNER

• A special, interactive dinner like no other where everyone gets involved, has fun, and learns about wine and food.
• Kevin works with the audience through jokes, wine stories, and actual wine questions from the clients.
• Wine and food can be customized to fit clients' needs and budget. Wine cost is usually between $25 - $50 per person.
• The menu can be worked out jointly with the client, Kevin and the chef.
• 4 - 5 wines are carefully chosen by Kevin to compliment the menu.
• Attendance can be 10 - 200 people.
• Kevin speaks between the courses. Therefore, the dinner is no longer than a regular dinner, finishing usually within two hours.
