• A sit-down, classroom style, fast-paced, action-packed, one hour class on wine
• From 25 to 250 guests
• Taste 6 wines from 6 major grape varieties- Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon
• Wine price and quality level can range from $25 to $100 per person depending on your budget
• Learn about:
  - Wine and Food Pairing
  - Wine Styles and your own tastes
  - What are your thresholds of taste?
  - What is Acidity, Tannin, Oak and Fruit?
  - That no one tastes wine or anything else the same
  - Where do the best wines come from?
  - Lies, myths and other tales about wine

Reception    One Hour Wine Expert™   Buffet with the same wines served at the tasting. Kevin is available for questions and book signing.

 

WINE DINNER 

• A special, interactive dinner like no other where everyone gets involved, has fun, and learns about wine and food.
• Kevin works with the audience through jokes, wine stories, and actual wine questions from the clients.
• Wine and food can be customized to fit clients' needs and budget. Wine cost is usually between $25 - $50 per person.
• The menu can be co-created with the client, Kevin and the chef.
• 4 - 5 wines are carefully chosen by Kevin to compliment the menu.
• Attendance can be 10 - 200 people.
• Kevin speaks between the courses. Therefore, the dinner is no longer than a regular dinner, finishing usually within two hours.
